Peter Derschang

Peter Derschang has been an accounting and finance professional for over 29 years. Prior to joining Brakes Plus he was the CFO at The Cable Center on the University of Denver campus. Before that Peter was a Vice President of Finance at First Data Corporation where he was the senior financial professional for three different FDC companies. Prior to working at First Data he spent 9 years as the CFO at a national non-profit in Denver. Peter also has worked in the defense industry and in public accounting. Peter is a graduate of the University of Denver with both his Bachelors Degree in Accounting and his MBA. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Additionally, Peter is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business where he teaches in the Executive MBA program.

Peter enjoys cycling, running and golf in his free time.
