Krysti Giese

Krysti joined the accounting department at Brakes Plus® in early 1998. From there, she changed departments to become the Executive Assistant to Dean Pisciotta VP/CFO and spent many years at his side overseeing the construction project management end of the development and redesign of several new Brakes Plus® locations. Once again changing positions within the organization, Krysti is now the Benefits Director for Brakes Plus®. She now handles everything from getting employees set up on their 401k plans, medical, dental, life and disability insurance, as well as handling the billing for all of the benefits offered by Brakes Plus® to their employees. Since changing positions, she has completed the
Human Resources Certification Program, Employment Law Certification Program and is one class away from finishing the Compensation and Benefits Certification Program through Mountain States Employers Council. Additionally, she is working to achieve her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification through the HR Certification Institute.

When not working, Krysti can usually be found riding one of her two horses, endlessly grooming her two dogs (a Husky mix and a Newfoundland), or with her husband, Bob, watching their two boys, Ben and Michael race motocross both in and out of the state of Colorado.
