Dean Pisciotta

Dean Pisciotta grew up in Greenwood Village, Colorado and graduated from Cherry Creek High School. He then attended the University of San Diego and graduated with a BA in Business Administration in 1989. After college, Dean returned to Colorado and took a position with a local commercial real estate company; Gold Crown Management which is owned by Ray Baker. He remained with Gold Crown until April of 1993 when he joined Brakes Plus®, Inc. to pursue an opportunity to help grow a young company with great potential. In the early days of Brakes Plus®, Dean worked in the retail stores, developed accounting procedures and systems, implemented inventory control procedures, developed vendor relationships and pursued development of additional retail stores. This gave him a solid retail background and a comprehensive understanding of the retail auto repair industry.

Dean’s current position at Brakes Plus®, Inc. is President and CFO. He oversees employee benefits, accounting and finance, capital expenditures and new store construction and development.

Dean and his wife Colleen were married in 1990 and they have four children; Gordie, Jacey, Jack and Chloe. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and all outdoor activities.
