Dave joined Brakes Plus® in 1996, and has been involved in the automotive industry for over thirty years. He began his career in the shop, and has progressed from Service Manager to Store Manager, from there to Regional Supervisor, then to General Manager, overseeing the daily stores performance, staffing, and customer relations of Brakes Plus® fifty-three stores, located in four states with approximately three hundred and fifty employees.

Dave and his wife, Carla, have three children and five grandchildren. He enjoys his family, the numerous home remodeling projects of his family, sports, and tinkering with his 1950 Ford.
