A recent customer of our Tech Center Centennial Brakes Plus store chose to share their customer experience with us via our website. Here is what he had to say in his Brakes Plus customer review:

My family was visiting Denver this past weekend when our A/C stopped working the night before we planned to leave town. I didn’t know anything about Brakes Plus before I found the web site via Google search.
The guys at this store were kind enough to look at my van right away yesterday morning. While I waited in the store for my van to be fixed, I heard the guys tell 3 or 4 people about their various repairs. Each time, they seemed to be giving the customers honest opinions about what was wrong with their respective vehicles without trying to sell them a bunch of extras they probably didn’t need. In one case, an elderly gentleman had nothing obviously wrong with his brakes. I believe the store manager explained that it would be a waste of money for him to try to find something to fix when the things the elderly man was asking about sounded like normal wear and tear on the brakes, steering, etc.
In my particular case, Glenn Werner told me that my A/C system had adequate freon and explained that there just appeared to be something clogging a filter in the system. He said it started cooling again when they were doing their routine pressure checks, etc. I appreciated him being honest when he could have easily charged me for freon that I didn’t need (or receive) – I wouldn’t have know any better.
In summary, the guys at this shop seemed like straight-shooting, honest guys – which is refreshing to see for an out-of-state visitor.
I would recommend this store if I knew anyone living in Denver. You can be proud that these guys are doing their part to give Brakes Plus a good reputation.
