RJ is a 1999 graduate of the University of San Diego with a BA in Accounting. RJ, Larry’s youngest son joined Brakes Plus® in 2000 after working for CSG Systems for a year. RJ started as a Service Manager at one of our largest stores in Colorado, he helped run that store until we opened our 2nd store in Highlands Ranch in March of 2001 where he became a Store Manager. RJ then moved to the corporate office and began working directly under his older brother Mark as a Regional Supervisor of the Metro Denver stores.

As Brakes Plus® continued to grow over the past years we had the need for a new position in our operations department, beginning in 2006 RJ became the Vice President of Operations where he continues to improve all of our store procedures and documentation to help the store managers run a more efficient operation.

RJ is married; he and his wife Kelly have two children, Mitch and Paige. He enjoys golfing, fishing and hunting.
