Larry Pisciotta and his wife, Jean, are natives of Colorado.  Larry graduated from the University of Denver in 1964 and was recruited by Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. in their management-training program.  After three years in California, the Pisciotta's transferred back to Colorado.

In 1967, Larry began a partnership with Firestone which would span more than17 years and develop into one of the largest tire dealerships in the Rocky Mountain West. In 1983, Firestone purchased all of Pisciotta's stores with the agreement that he would remain as Marketing Manager for the 33-store region for the next two years.

In 1990, Larry Pisciotta founded Brakes Plus®. He has three sons, all of whom figure importantly in the operation of Brakes Plus®.

Larry currently oversees all aspects of Brakes Plus® as well as being active in day-to-day operations. One of his key responsibilities is advertising and marketing. He also plays a major role in site selection and expansion.

Larry and his wife, Jean, enjoy traveling and golf.  Larry is an avid fly-fisherman. He has been a Rotarian for more than 25 years and is a member of the Aurora Community College Foundation. Plus, he and his wife are supporters of the Gold Crown Foundation, which works with kids.
