Dean is a 1989 graduate of the University of San Diego with a BA in Business Administration and finance.  Shortly out of college, Dean went to work for a local real estate management company doing financial analysis of income producing investment properties.  He also served as Director of Acquisitions.  

He joined Brakes Plus® in 1993 and now oversees all financial and accounting operations, equipment purchases, capitol investments, leasehold improvements, real estate acquisitions for expansion and growth and construction and development management.

Dean and his wife, Colleen, have 4 children.  His favorite hobbies are golf, fishing and hunting.
